We lived at the Preserve from Feb 2019 and just recently moved out due to buying a home. We loved our time there and will miss it! These townhomes are meticulously maintained. Management is incredible (thanks Scott!!), and any maintenance requests are handled immediately. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We loved our neighbors. Thanks for everything!!

I have lived at The Preserve at Hypoluxo since the grand opening. I love the property, and the privacy, and particularly love Scott Piepmeier! He is always helpful and friendly to everyone. He responds quickly and is a tremendous asset to The Preserve. Thanks, Scott for all you do! Vangela Brodsky
