I’ve had a great experience with the property manager Nicholas he is professional, responsive, and always willing to help whenever an issue comes up. He genuinely cares about the residents and does a great job keeping everything running smoothly. Communication is always clear, and any concerns are handled in a timely and respectful manner. I really appreciate the level of service and would definitely recommend this property to others!

Our maintenance technician Luis Fernando is always kind, patient, and professional. When my washer started leaking, he took it completely apart to find the issue and replaced the faulty part right away. He also fixed several other maintenance issues in my apartment during the same visit and took the time to explain everything. I really appreciate knowing he’ll do whatever it takes to find the problem and get it fixed the right way. Excellent service every time!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER. STAY AWAY. Our experience living here has been nothing short of miserable. We experienced what we believed was a serious mold issue, and after my wife was hospitalized, we submitted medical documentation and asked management for help. Instead of receiving compassion or meaningful assistance, it felt like Eric’s solution was simply to push us out rather than address our concerns. Throughout our time here, both Eric and Ruth repeatedly told us things would be handled, but from our perspective, very little ever changed. It was constant excuses, delays, and poor communication. Calls and emails often went unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored unless rent was due. The washer and dryer shook so violently that using them became frustrating, and several maintenance concerns were never addressed to a reasonable standard. On multiple occasions, our apartment was entered without the advance notice we expected, which made us feel like our privacy wasn’t respected. The property’s security was also a huge disappointment. We were told there would be on-site security, but based on what we experienced, we rarely felt the property was being properly monitored or that resident concerns were taken seriously. We also frequently observed people sleeping in or around the trash room at night, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, we felt that management showed very little concern for residents once the lease was signed. The lack of communication, the way our health concerns were handled, and the condition of the property made this one of the worst renting experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re considering moving here, do your research, ask questions, and think carefully before signing a lease. Based on our experience, we deeply regret moving here and would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed place to live.
