Worst place to live. HOA just impose a Curfew for parking. I had to pay 80 dollar fea to have boot removed from my guest car. I think it's illegal what they're doing.Is there a lawyer out there?Contact me. I believe my rights are being violated. I asked HOA board member. Did she know what a booty call was for I get booty calls after midnight. You have to schedule your guests between 10 Am and 3pm. I'm single.I like to sleep around.I don't always ask for their name. And I shouldn't have to disclose this to HO.A board members. I'm not asking for their parking information such as their license registration of their vehicle. It's anonymous for God's sakes... First year was great that's because your renovating you're excited than the other shoe drops. Nothing but additional increases Per HOA.
