Palm Ridge Apartments

While this is not a class A community is is definitely not a C, despite of its age and outdated appeal; however, it is a great B community and all due to a one man show, the maintenance technician: Sergio. This man don’t work, instead he loves his community. With no supervision, Sergio is always early maintaining the ground, it doesn’t matter if it is on his days off or any off holidays, he is making sure the common areas are maintained clean. Sergio is very knowledgeable when it comes to any AC, electricity and plumbing issue. But beside all that, Sergio is a good human being, something the elevator is not working, and while that’s not his line of expertise, he contact the expert, but what amaze me even more is that he helps residents with theirs groceries and bags when the elevator is not working. In addition, Sergio is kind and always with a positive attitude and smile. I love living here because someone with the same values I shared lives, works and cares here. I don’t know if this message would ever be read by Gators Management office, but if it does, employees like Sergio needs to be recognized, but more importantly well compensated, for having a sense of stewardship: caring for things that belongs to other as if they are his own.

We have been at Palm Ridge Apartments for two years. Management responds at an efficient time, and the move in process was so smooth and right in time for the holidays. Maintenance has been so much help with any repairs and is very polite and respectful especially since having a new born and making sure not to disturb during nap times. All services can be requested through an app and paying my monthly rent as well so that I can do everything out of the comfort of my home. All the neighbors treat us like family and are very thoughtful. Highly recommend this community to everyone.

There isn't enough parking and they'll call a tow truck if you park outside the area.
