Mariner's cay condos and townhomes

While the gated community does provide an added sense of security, the guest parking situation is a major inconvenience. Guest parking is virtually nonexistent for residents who do not live near the front of the community. Residents located closer to the pool area have no nearby guest parking options at all. Visitors are forced to park either outside the gate in one of only four available spaces or just inside the gate where there are approximately five spaces. This creates unnecessary frustration for both residents and their guests and is a significant oversight in the community's planning. Additional guest parking should be made available throughout the property to better accommodate residents and visitors. One of the highlights of the community is the pool area. The pool itself is large, beautiful, and well-maintained, and there is also a hot tub for residents to enjoy. The pool deck offers plenty of seating with a variety of options, making it easy to relax whether you're spending the day with family or enjoying some quiet time. Grill is also available for resident use, which is a nice added amenity for gatherings and outdoor meals. Just outside the pool area is a small beach area overlooking the inlet, complete with a few chairs where residents can sit and enjoy the waterfront views. These amenities add a resort-like feel and are definitely among the community's strongest features.

I have been living here for under a month, however I am already in love with not only the community, but of course the views!! I am able to take my paddleboard out anytime I wish and the pool area is beautifully maintained. The gym is top notch I must say!! In addition, management has been beyond helpful with the moving in process and I felt extremely welcomed right away!!! It is a peaceful, quiet community unlike Manatee Bay where I have encountered a lot of disturbances in the past. I am so thankful to have found this beautiful gem!!!!

I absolutely love this intracoastal community. It's truly a hidden gem! We own a couple and feel it's one of the best locations available for the price directly on the water! We love the marina next door too! I'm happy to volunteer my time to help the community and bring my clients to live there!

Great place to live. Very friendly and diverse community. Always going to have the complainers in any community. The HOI is not difficult at all. If you follow the rules, you won't have any issues. The amenities for a place this quaint are great. Grounds are well kept. Pool, hot tub, beach and grill areas are all very nice. Mariner's Cay is very pet friendly. The employees are friendly, approachable and work hard at keep the facilities nice. I have resided here for 19 months and don't see myself living elsewhere. Have recommended to two friends, and they love it here as well.

Mariners Cay seems like it would be a nice place, but I have a few concerns before buying a unit. Upon entry, the Sign in the front was somewhat half completed and needed work. The doors entering the facility are old and beat up. Not a good first impression for such a great location. Also, When shown one of the unit's I noticed that all the doors were dinged or scratched. A very poor appearance. If I am going to pay over 300 dollars a month to live there, I expect all things to be up to normal standards. I have reached out to Jaime the property manager there to see about talking to the Board. We will see where this goes in the coming weeks.
