Elan Palm Reserve

The complex is absolutely beautiful—it truly feels like a resort! The management does an excellent job keeping the property clean, well-maintained, and inviting. It’s also in a very convenient location, especially for anyone without transportation, since it’s surrounded by just about every store you could need. Christobell was absolutely amazing and made our tour such a wonderful experience. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience!

Moving here was one of the best decisions I made this year. The property is beautiful, and the office staff is absolutely incredible. Steven made our moving experience easy and stress-free from start to finish. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions, making the entire process seamless. We toured the complex back in February and fell in love immediately. My husband and I are so excited to call Elan Palm Reserve home and look forward to making memories here for years to come. My boyfriend and I visited Palm Beach Preserve because we were genuinely interested in the community. After we explained our household income, the leasing representative told us that we did not qualify for the Workforce Housing units available at that time. I completely understand that we may not have qualified for the units currently available. However, we were not offered a tour, shown a model apartment, or given the opportunity to see a comparable floor plan. This is the only apartment community we have visited where we were not permitted to tour simply because there was no immediately available unit within our qualifying income category. I later contacted management after receiving an email from the property, but I did not receive a response. The property looked attractive from the limited area I was able to see, which made the experience even more disappointing. I believe every prospective resident should be treated respectfully and given clear information, regardless of their current income. Someone may not qualify for a particular unit today, but their financial circumstances may change in the future.

Very nice pretty much brand new apartment community in Lake Worth! Christobell was my leasing specialist. She did an amazing job with showing me the community and getting me all set up to move every step of the way. Elan Palm makes moving stress free! Very smooth and professional people.
