I understand repairs need to be done, but it would really help if residents received advance notice when there’s going to be loud renovation work. Some of us work different shifts and being able to plan ahead would make a big difference.

If you want to live in a place where people smoke marijuana, where you get home from work and your neighbor has their music blasting and you can't rest, if you want to have cockroaches, come to this condominium. I don't recommend it. I can't wait for the month my contract expires so I can leave this place.

Terrible service. Not only do they take your deposit when you leave, but they also try to overcharge you so you owe them money. The women who work in the office are rude.

I'm giving it one star because Google won't let me leave a review unless I do. First of all, I was four days late in notifying them of my departure, and they took my entire deposit and charged me for the month I didn't live there. They sent a damage bill that double-charged me for the supposed damages. I complained at the office, and the employee named Jessica and the supposed Regional Manager, both of whom had absolutely no professional ethics, said they couldn't change the bill. When we argued, they started changing numbers, and they charged me for replacing an entire refrigerator just because it was dirty. In short, it's all an internal racket, just to line their own pockets without anyone taking responsibility or addressing the situation. The apartments are filthy, full of cockroaches, the bathrooms are moldy, and the pool is only usable about once every three months. I'd rather live under a bridge than live in "Cockroach House."
