The Maintenance guys racist remarks to me and my daughter were not appreciated

July 2026 - we now have the BEST maintenance crew thats ever been here since we moved in. They are always friendly, caring and makes sure the maintenance job is done within 24 hours - usually the work is completed in just a few hours of being submitted. If it’s something requiring ordering a part, then they will stay in contact with us and let us know whats going on. SUPER GREAT JOB - THANK YOU FOR A CARING MAINTENANCE CREW!

Had an amazing experience with Ms. Mary from Casa Brera. From the moment we spoke she me feel welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. I lived at this property for about a year and a half, and my experience changed significantly after the property was acquired by Willow Bridge. When I first moved in, the property was managed by a smaller, more personable team, and that sense of community and communication was a large part of why I chose to live there. The previous management staff was responsive, professional, and resident-focused. Unfortunately, after the management transition, the environment became much more corporate and transactional. Communication became inconsistent, and situations that required sensitivity and proactive problem-solving were often handled poorly or avoidantly. After my father — who was also on the lease — passed away, I experienced significant difficulty navigating the lease and housing process with management. During an already incredibly difficult period of grief and transition, I often felt unsupported and unclear on how situations were being handled. I believe management would benefit from better training and communication when dealing with residents experiencing major life events or legal/housing transitions. The apartment itself was nice but not luxury , and I’m grateful for the memories I made there, but my overall experience with management toward the end of my residency was deeply disappointing.
