Bridgewater at Lake Osborne

Upon reading all of the negative comments about staff being rude. I decided to still apply and get my perception of the staff and place myself . When I applied I was placed on a waiting list. On July 23rd I received and email letting me know that an available unit would be available. I emailed the person back which now I found out was an actually computer system but ok I emailed them back asking for more details regarding the unit and if it would be possible to view the unit or one similar before applying. I was told there was no unit available to view but they can send over a link with picture. Which they did. I reviewed the pictures and still at question as to what was the different between the units as far as executive, executive KB ect. I was told they would have someone reach out to me to discuss more. I went ahead and applied because I was told the prices will not be the same in order to lock in the price I must submit an application and pay application fee which I did. I waited a couple days and still didn’t hear back from anyone on 08/4 I called the complex and spoke with the property manager Deya Quiroga who was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and over whelming, I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or ready to go to lunch but after feeling like I wasn’t welcome there I politely asked for my information back and told her it’s ok I rather take my 3 thousand somewhere else. times are way to hard to be dealing with attitude from somebody that needs me and the community to fill their development. like it won’t hurt to be nice for a change not everything requires attitude.. you’re the first person within the company us ppl interacts with when looking for a place to stay so it won’t help to be a tab bit more helpful with the process or any question a person may have especially when trying to become a tenet because that’s your job. I hate leaving reviews like this but if you’re thinking bout moving here proceed with caution.

I recently moved to this apartment and so far I love it here. Clean environment, I have a lovely view to the lake. The office manager, Deya, listen attentively to our concerns and act immediately. She family oriented. Maintenance is always ready to provide exceptional service when called upon. We are kept updated with the proper disposal of garbage. The apartment is spectacular. Just moved here and the experience so far is excellent.

I’ve had a great experience at Bridgewater by Lake Osborne. The community is clean, quiet, and very well kept. Deya from the leasing office has been friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. The maintenance team is also great. I need them a couple times and they respond quickly and get things done right. Really happy with the service here!

This is a wonderful community to live in and the Property Manager Deya has always been so helpful and pleasant. And the Maintenance always on time and very friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy living here!
