Management is more concern with who parks at the complex than the complex itself. “Maintenance” although he is the only employee of the complex who you see consistently, his work involves socializing with tenants and sharing tenants stories, than actually “fixing” . I took time off work (unpaid) to be there and the same curtesy was not given. Lily was a GREAT complex manager and had AMAZING customer service skills. I met Ana one time for the first time at my third year renewal. Who ever the CORPORATE MANAGER is for the complex needs to better manage their employees.After three years I was left with a very sour experience and this is why I left breaking my lease.
