Tower Point

I would like to thank the office staff for taking the time to provide all the information about the complex. They were very nice and patient, and they explained all the details I needed to apply. I would also like to mention that both the office and the complex are very clean.

I will like to share my experience. I been living at Tower Point for a few years and in a long time I never see the office full of resident and their kids in the Christmas party. I really appreciated the manager, assistant and maintenance crew that took their time to do this for us especially on this time of the year. The kids where happy with the toys and even the adults too. Thank you for everything.

I recently called the leasing agent this morning for any openings for a 2/2 she told me it’s still some units that open but when I arrived the leasing agent told me it wasn’t nothing open 🙄 honestly I think the owner doesn’t want Americans in this area not only I called but I emailed them never got a response

I recently moved with my family to this complex and in several weeks of living here I realized what a friend warned me about this complex, the garbage area is always damaged, the compactor does not work many times and the residents have to throw the garbage on the floor, the lighting is not enough, they have to put more light poles in other places and prune the trees, many of these trees are covering the light, in the afternoons and mornings when you come home you have to park in another building since you can't find one parking in front of where you live, when you walk around every afternoon you realize all the cars there are here that are not moving, it's as if they use these parking lots for storage. They need to implement to put stickers on the windows or windshield to identify the cars they are not moving, you can see around the tires the sand because of not moving the cars, they need to have a tow truck company for this vehicles and give 3 sticker per apartment for the cars , It is a Nice community but they have to be on top of the lazy residents if not this will get worse, hope this review will get to the right person to fix this ,

I stopped by the property yesterday and was truly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything looked. I also visited the office to ask for some information, and even though it seemed like a busy day, the lady in the office took the time to assist everyone with patience and professionalism. She provided all the information I needed and made everyone feel welcome. The way she treated everyone really leaves a positive impression and makes you want to come back again.
