Quails Bluff Apartments

We have had problems so far, but not caused by the apartment staff themselves. Despite the problems not being caused by them, the staff ensures that everything is done correctly and you are not getting scammed over in any way. It is rare to have people that care and know your home is in good hands. Past apartments left us thinking it is the norm to be at a loss and screwed over, so this is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to making this apartment our home.

quail’s bluff is a lovely apartment complex. it’s affordable and the buildings are old and we sometimes run into issues but the maintenance team is great. thank you peter and david for always being responsive and kind and happy to help always. they always greet you and it makes you feel at home. the office staff is also very kind as well. they have a pool which i rarely use but its nice for the kids if you have any. the pet fees are a bit high - $300 per pet and a recurring $25 added to the rent each month. it’s a short drive to bok towers which i like to frequent during days when the sun isn’t so hot. one of my favorite things about these apartments is the beautiful trees and nature you’re surrounded by. i love that the nature is integrated into the complex. i enjoy spending my time outside on my porch listening to the trees being blown by the winds and being greeted by squirrels and butterflies.

I truly love Quails Bluff. The staff is amazing! The grounds, pool and the view is absolutely beautiful. Anything you need it is taken care of right away. Great place to live.

Quails Bluff offers reasonable housing for reasonable pricing. Not to mention their fairness on Security Deposits when non-Florida residents could so easily pay the 3 months move in rent oft required these days. A great ethical choice I was suprised by initially. The building are older, and it shows. But maintenance and the office are responsive, friendly, and conversational. They deliver timely results, and dont get frustrated at tenanta for problems reported. In fact, they encourage transparency to keep the properties in good standing. Peter specifically, one of our maintenance guys, is a blessing to this community and always a welcome visit when needs arise. Capable, polite, and methodical. Only complaint I have is that this community is bundled with Comcast/Xfinity with no independant options. Our services drop routinely once to twice a week. If you work from home, GET HOTSPOT. You will need it. To Quails Bluff, for love of god, pull in another vendor, please.

My recent experience with Quails Bluff apartments has been excellent ! The property itself looks beautiful, clean, and peaceful. What really stood out was working with the property manager, Iyabode Farrington she was incredibly helpful and professional and made the entire process of being given an apartment a breeze. Iyabode's excellent communication and friendly demeanor made a great first impression, and I'm thrilled to be moving in soon !
