I've had multiple negative experiences with dog owners at the apartment complex near my home, where they allow their pets to roam off-leash, posing a risk to other dogs and their owners. I've personally encountered issues while walking my dog, including a recent incident with an unleashed brindled boxer breed that approached us despite its owner's commands. I hope the complex has a leash clause in its contracts and enforces consequences, as well as considers installing cameras to monitor the area. I have witnessed children playing unsupervised near dumpsters, interacting with hazardous materials and suspicious individuals, and engaging in harmful behavior such as shooting animals with BB guns. I strongly suggest that you update your contracts with residents to address these issues, as the current situation poses a significant risk to the children's safety and well-being, and may hold you liable for facilitating their delinquent behavior. I plan to explore options with law enforcement to address this issue and ensure public safety.

Haven’t been able to get in contact for the past month in a attempt to rent from here, called, emailed and attempted walk ins and nothing.
