Solace Timacuan

I recently signed all lease for Solace at Timacuan and couldn’t be happier. I worked with Sarita who was beyond extremely helpful through out the entire process. She worked with me for weeks to help me find exactly what I wanted, as soon as it came available. Sarita as well as the entire leasing team’s responsiveness and communication is a 10/10. Excited to be a new resident in this wonderful community.

Ive always had a very good response and work done while living here. The office and maintenance staff really care for the tenants and representing Solace Timacuan in a professional and friendly manner. I have lived here three times in the last fifteen years.

This apartment has unfairly charged me upon move-out. I lived here for four years and recently moved out. My security deposit was $475, yet management charged me over $600 for alleged damages. I do not believe the amount claimed is reasonable or reflective of the condition of the unit after normal wear and tear over four years. Throughout my tenancy, management was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional. I rarely complained and tried to be cooperative, believing that staying quiet would lead to a fair experience. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. The move-out charges are unacceptable and feel exploitative. I am formally filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will pursue all available options to recover my money. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend this apartment based on management practices and move-out handling.

Pedro is an exceptional supervisor! He’s always professional, reliable, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything in the complex runs smoothly. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to help residents make a huge difference. Every time I’ve needed assistance, Pedro has responded quickly and efficiently — always with a smile. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring about both the property and the people who live here. Truly one of the best! Highly recommended.

We’ve lived here a while and we’ve always been very patient with the complex, even when we were dealing with a leaking roof. Which took them a year to fix and definitely had mold. They didn’t offer any compensation. But these last few months have been awful. We had police yelling at someone to come out of their apartment at 11 pm, parents have blocked the gates. They’ve sent workers into our apartment unannounced. We were without a dryer for a few days. Trash pick up is missed. Gates are always broken. And it seems like every week there’s a water shut down. It’s been very frustrating.
