I've lived in Pebble Creek for a couple of years and I love living here. The office staff is an amazing and the maintenance guys Keith and Kevin are the best! They always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our apartment. The place is lovely and I love that they have more then one pool plus a gym that’s all well maintained

I recently moved into this community and my experience has been great so far. From the very beginning, Kathy, the leasing agent, made both my mother and me feel genuinely welcomed during our tour. She was professional and kind. The move-in experience was smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. The property itself is very well maintained, clean, and inviting. The staff I’ve interacted with have all been respectful, responsive, and eager to address any concerns I’ve had. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and look forward to continuing my time in this community.

Kathy D was absolutely amazing throughout the whole apartment process. She was kind, patient, and very professional from the beginning to the end. She answered all my questions clearly and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can truly tell she cares about her clients and wants the best for them. I really appreciate her honesty, communication, and positive attitude. I highly recommend Katy D.

I recently visited the property to look at one of the apartments, and Johanna Garcia Hempel was the one who showed it to me. I just wanted to share how positive my experience was with her. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very easy to talk to. She walked me through the apartment at a comfortable pace and made sure to highlight important features in each room. I never felt rushed, and she was more than happy to answer all of my questions. She was knowledgeable about the layout, the amenities, and the community, which made me feel confident and well-informed. What really stood out to me was how friendly and genuine she was. Even though I was simply interested in viewing the apartment, she treated me with care and respect. She made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Johanna did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave me.

ZERO STARS. My husband and I applied here after being denied elsewhere because our research pointed us toward this complex as one that works with people who have lower credit. We were hopeful. Before we even toured, we were completely transparent. We explained that our credit had taken a hit in recent years, and that we are actively repairing it, and that we had a co-signer with excellent credit earning over 3x the base rent. We were told that as long as our co-signer qualified and we met the income requirement as a married couple, we had a high chance of approval. Based on that representation, we applied and paid $425 in fees — money our family of four had carefully saved while urgently searching for housing. If we had known the approval standards would shift, we would never have risked that money. We applied in good faith, praying this would finally work out for us. After applying, the approval criteria changed multiple times. Once our credit was ran, we were informed of an outstanding balance from our previous residence. This was the first time we were made aware of it. We were then told that if we paid that balance, we would be able to move forward. So, we immediately were prepared to pay the settled amount of $695. Only after paying the $425 (Application + Admin Fees) and being prepared to pay the prior balance in fees were we told that all three credit scores would be combined and must total 600, or 550 with a full month’s deposit. We were prepared to pay a full month’s deposit. When the combined score came back at 537, we were denied. We asked if we could put more money down since we did not have a second co-signer. We were told someone would call us back. No one ever did. We were told three separate times we would receive a callback — and we never did. Instead, we received an automated denial email, and our $425 was gone. The denial itself is not the issue. We understand approval is not guaranteed. The issue is being told one approval standard upfront, having it change during the process after money is paid, and losing a significant amount of money after being transparent from the beginning. We are not perfect. We are a married couple working to rebuild our credit and provide stability for our two young children — a 2-year-old and a 2-month-old. Families trying to do better deserve honesty and clarity before being asked to pay substantial non-refundable fees.
