Jose the maintenance guy is the best. Anytime I have an issue. He’s the one to come and fix it. All my maintenance request have been handled in a timely manner.

I want to give a huge shout out to Caylie the assistant property manager. Mid December we started looking for apartments but we were still living in New Jersey so we were both very nervous on which apartment would be the best to fulfill all of our needs. Caylie was absolutely god sent. We were able to see our apartment virtually and sign our lease without physically being in Florida yet. The complex itself has lots of amenities, a volleyball area, a fully equipped gym, a lounge area with some type of air hockey table, a car wash area right on the complex and pool with a hot tub and grilling area. There is a few maintenance guys so far I’ve only had the pleasure of meeting Jose you can tell he’s been a handy man for years. I some how blew out my outlet in my kitchen with my air fryer he seriously fixed my outlet in minutes and touched up a few other things in our home 🏠. Pest control is here all week long, We don’t have any bugs in our thank you Josh. The community its self is filled with a nice variety of people and every week someone goes around cleaning and picking up leaves they leave this place spotless. All though we don’t have kids we have our Aunt back in Jersey who plans on visiting and this place is perfect because there’s lots kids that are our niece and nephews age. Did I mention that workout out equipment has fans attached to the equipment? Such a plus!! My favorite holiday is Halloween I’m hoping this year we do a trunk or treat for the kids I don’t know yet if the complex does things like that but I am looking forward to it. If you are moving from out of state I highly recommend you to contact Caylie she is very professional and excellent at her job she has resolved anything I have had concerns with. She made us a moving in packet with a list of everything I could possibly need from home decor store down to places to eat and that was extremely helpful and kind of her. This community is very quiet and we feel like we made the right choice choosing this location. The leasing office ladies are great- Caylie and I think her name is Tiffany. The maintenance team is the absolute best and they’re quick to resolve issues. The neighborhood is quiet, and that is great! The reason for my 3 star review is due to the buildings being so old. The air ducts probably haven’t been cleaned since these buildings were built 20+ years ago. My apartment was always filthy with dust build up. The vent in my bathroom was also always filthy.. The fans also would be black with dust within less than a month. We had to clean those things constantly! The windows need to be replaced; the sealing of the windows are bad.. and that may be why my apartment was always dirty as well. I don’t know if it was specific apartment or not. The plastic was broken all around them and wasn’t replaced the time being there. The management company of these buildings are at fault for that. They need to INVEST money into making these buildings up-to-date. The new lighting fixtures and new cabinets upgrade do not fix the real problem. Also the toilet tank lid had black gunk constantly. I had to clean that more thank I would’ve liked. They also just raised prices significantly.. these apartments are not $1,600+ worthy for how old they are.

This complex has a decent mold problem. When submitting maintenance requests we were advised by the maintenance staff that the entire complex had this issue and we should “just spray bleach”. During the duration we stayed here it never got better. Also, during hurricanes we would have water seep through the walls from outside covering the room in muddy water. Again when making a maintenance request we got a shrug and was told the entire complex has the same issue. When we first moved in the staff was decent, but as time went on customer service deteriorated quickly. There’s no assistance for noisy neighbors, you’ll be told to be more understanding of the neighbors situation. The trash compactor is constantly down. You get charged a trash fee but take the trash out yourself. As well as get charged for the community’s electric bill. The car wash area is down and dirty most of the time. They do have a dog wash station but it’s usually covered with litter and bugs. It’s also labeled as a non smoking community which is seemingly not enforced.

I am very happy with living here. Great front office staff Caitlin is awesome. Maintenance is awesome..If you need anything fixed in a timely manner. Living here has been so relaxing and love that my son can play outside and ride his bike and feel safe!
