Lovely and well maintained property with friendly helpful and professional staff. The apartment layouts are spacious and well thought out providing a welcoming homelike environment at an affordable price. Great amenities and responsive maintenance.

We were very happy with our time as tenants here. The apartments are clean and well maintained, trash pick up was easy and on time. And our unit was fairly priced for how big and spacious it felt. The staff was the highlight of living here, as they were always attentive, helpful, and made sure to make us feel at home. They are on top of things with pest control, and as soon as we saw a cockroach or two they came and sprayed our apartment free of charge. Since it’s Florida I know some bugs can’t be helped but they did everything to make sure we felt safe and clean in our apartment. I would like to personally shout out Lisa for always being so kind and accommodating!

My husband and I came to look at one bedroom apartment on the first floor. As soon as we walked in the apartment a huge roach was on the dining room wall. The lease agent got embarrassed and apologized for it, but as we entered the others areas we kept finding small dead roaches. She said pest control had sprayed the unit after the previous tenant left, but it was disgusting. I counted 5 roaches and I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more hidden in the cabinets. It was a hard pass for us and I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I've been living here for 4 years and have 3 small children. I live on the third floor. The elevator has been broken for over a week, and management only says they've called a technician, but there's no solution. I don't recommend moving here. You pay for an apartment that has a sensor, and you can't use it. Management is very bad.

I lived at Wynnfield Lakes for the last 4 years and it has been nothing but amazing. To begin with, the entire neighborhood, is very safe! I never had one safety issue the entire 4 years. My Neighbors were always friendly and kept the noise levels to a minimum. One time, my dog got out on accident and my neighboor saw him, knew he was mine, and brought him back to me! She was very observant and I appreciated that! The office staff was also amazing over these last 4 years. Currently under the management of Morgan, the office and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Living at Wynnfield Lakes did not feel like an apartment complex it felt like a community of family. Maintence was also amazing. Anything I needed they handled right away. Thank you Richard and thanks to your Maintence team! The only reason I left Wynnfield Lakes was because I relocated out of state, other than that, I would have stayed at Wynnfield Lakes! If you want a safe family friendly apartment that truly cares, stay here at Wynnfield Lakes!
