Tree House Apartments

The customer service at the condominium office is extremely disappointing. The only Spanish-speaking staff member is often dismissive and lacks empathy, especially toward elderly residents. The rest of the staff does not appear proactive either. The only consistently professional and helpful person is Nicole. My nearly 70-year-old mother-in-law moved in a month ago and still has not received her mailbox key. Despite multiple visits, the issue remains unresolved. When she mentioned she was waiting for an important document, she was told, “Everyone says that.” That response is unprofessional and inappropriate. Residents pay monthly fees and should not feel like they are begging for basic services. Access to a mailbox is not a privilege — it is a basic right of residency.

My church taught me to admit when I am wrong or hurt someone and to promptly admit it. I posted bad reviews about Treehouse Apartments and I regret all of it and that I made grace mistakes in doing so. I have no justification, excuse or rationalization for my actions. To Treehouse employees, staff and management I sincerely apologize for my poor decisions. I am deeply disappointed in myself for such terrible decisions when the truth is the company is decent, staff are doing the best job to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for any and all residents who are here and who will come in the future. I am truly sorry.

I had a great experience working with Nicole at Treehouse Apartments. From the very beginning, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Nicole’s communication was excellent—she was responsive, clear, and proactive in providing updates. It’s obvious she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made everything smooth and stress-free. If you’re considering living at Treehouse Apartments, I highly recommend connecting with Nicole. She’s a fantastic asset to the community!

I would like to share my experience with this apartment community before, during, and after my move-out. The application process was easy, but I must say the overall quality of the apartment was not impressive, not even average. In some areas, the flooring was tearing up, and the unit was infested with roaches. The tub was constantly backing up with feces coming from the neighbor, and the plumbing issues are major and a serious health hazard. I have two little girls, and at one point, I felt it was uninhabitable. Maintenance took a long time to address these issues, and they do not prioritize repairs. The community seems quiet, but the presence of the police is always there. I understand this can happen anywhere. At the end of my lease, I returned my keys on time and have a note from the person in the office, yet they are charging me for more days than they should and for damages that I had already detailed in the inventory and condition list. Don’t bother contacting corporate; they don’t answer calls or address concerns. These people seem to take advantage of working-class individuals, and I believe this happens more often to minorities. If you move in, please take pictures and document everything. Make sure you write down names and keep all your information, just like I did, because otherwise, they will keep your money.

I've been living at Tree house apartments going on half a year and I have to say any work order I have requested have been addressed in a timely manner , the maintenance staff is always so nice and attentive. The office staff is always nice and I love the Bingo night at Tree house. Not saying the property is perfect but when you have an office staff and maintenance team that are nice and pleasant that always helps and not to mention the St johns river views in the back of the property, such a nice view to end your evenings to. I love it here!!!!!!
