Oh no, do not even waist your time here. Went to tour it, pulling up the sign are burnt for the future residents, barely can find the office, and there was no one there after scheduling a time with them. This place is so nasty, once we got over the leasing office the numbers of the windows didn't work, and there was shit all over the ground of the back building of the leasing area. Nasty discussing place. Don't go here.

Very unprofessional on their part. I have been renting for two yrs. They change company. Don't answer their phone and are never in the office. I sent emails and tried calling at different times. How does one pay their rent when you make no effort to be there to receive it. If I didn't pay my rent ,y'all would sure be putting an eviction out quickly. Do better. Answer your phone or emails.

The moment we got here second bathroom downstairs doesn’t work neither does the dishwasher the sink fills with water from the pipes ..the door upstairs wasn’t on the hinges for some reason we’ve asked maintenance for help and no one seems to understand what we are asking..our a/c has been broke for a month now and won’t work ..we can’t get rent to yall on time because no one is ever in the office to receive it and the app wants a 130 convience fee ..honestly at this point I’m looking to break this lease soon as possible this isn’t livable DONT MOVE HERE

I moved here about over a month ago. At first everything was great management and communication. Nothing wrong with my apartment I love it BUT because of the recent management transition I can not get a hold of anyone. No one answers the phone, Erika doesn’t ever respond to my calls or text. Everything is very unprofessional and very frustrating. I’m trying to call corporate but no one is responding. I’m very disappointed.

I've lived in Tree Hill for two years. 10 out of 10 recommended. Customer service is fast and transparent. Erika is attentive, professional, and wonderful at all times, finding solutions to every problem instantly.
