I can't say enough great things about Laritza! She made my application and move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, there was never any guesswork. She provided clear instructions, guided me through every step, and was always available to answer my questions. Her customer service was exceptional, and she truly went above and beyond—even after I had already moved in. My apartment wasn't completely ready on move-in day, but Laritza immediately coordinated with the maintenance team and had everything taken care of within two days. I really appreciated how quickly she resolved the issues. The property itself is well maintained. The pool area is consistently clean and inviting. My apartment is located near the trash area, and unfortunately, some residents leave garbage outside over the weekend instead of disposing of it properly. This gives the community an unnecessary negative appearance. I think installing a camera near the trash area could help identify those responsible and encourage everyone to keep the property clean. This isn't the apartment management's fault—it's simply a matter of some residents not taking care of the place they live. The gym is fairly basic and doesn't have a lot of equipment, which I assume is intentional for safety and space reasons. It's best suited for cardio workouts or activities like yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, stretching, and similar exercises. Overall, I've had a very positive experience living here, and Laritza's outstanding customer service made all the difference. She is truly an asset to this community.

Mrs. Laritza was very helpful and made our move very easy. She is great with communication and so is Mrs. Ashley. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. The maintenance team is attentive and always fixes things in a timely fashion. They do have pest control that comes every Friday. The pool is beautiful and is always clean. The apartments are spacious and well kept up with. We couldn't be happier with our move and look forward to the years that we spend here. Thank you for your help and welcoming us to our new home.
