While many appreciate the quiet atmosphere and convenient location with good schools and well-kept lawns, some residents have noted a decline in maintenance and community standards. Issues like infrequent upkeep of common areas, including the pool furniture and front gate, along with occasional noise and litter from some residents, suggest a need for more consistent attention to the property's overall condition and adherence to community rules.

Worst property management company on the southside. All they do is take our money and donβt actually walk the property. Thereβs so many hazards around here. The concrete around the lake is a trip hazard liability waiting to happen. There is no security none of the lights actually work around. None of the tables ever get painted. Thereβs tons of erosion around the unit lack of drainage for the water spouts on the gutters. Theyβre all rotting away in despair. The ground is uneven in several sections of the yard. I trip at night all the time. The gate hasnβt been painted in years. The plants around the gate look like crap in the original sign is still up from 1997. What else do you want me to say do not buy here

Beautiful area and well-kept lawns. I am a renter and do my part to respect the rules and regulations. Sadly, others do not. People are too lazy to walk up 5 steps to open the trash compactor and throw their garbage in. Instead, trash piles up outside with animals like armadillos, racoons and various birds coming to pick at it ripping open bags with trash blowing around. The front gate was busted through by a driver two months ago. The person knocked over the front light pole, the call box to open the gate and the front gate itself. Two months later and the light has been fixed but the gate is wide open for anybody to come and go as they please, which brings with it safety concerns. The majority of the furniture at the pool is now ripped and unusable. Lots of people drinking alcohol near the pool and bringing it inside the pool itself. Multiple times I have caught people smoking pot near the pool while their kids were running. On a positive note, the area is really nice, convenient location for shopping and getting on the highway. The public schools you are zoned for area also good in comparison to the other schools in the area.

So quiet and peaceful. Clean. Update: Moving forward 4 years in now, and its going down hill fast. There are more renters than owners living here now. The renters are loud, disrespectful, don't clean up after themselves, park wherever they feel like it and pack 2-3 families in single family apartments. The HOA probably doesn't even know because the owners are not reporting renters in their units. My last year here. If I wanted to live like this I would move to an apartment complex. That is what this has become, certainly not a private place anymore.
