I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it! The staff is always available helpful. The only negative is feedback from several other neighbors noticing the halls/elevators are only cleaned it appears once a month. I was informed it was not as bad a year ago. The 4th floor is rarely maintained because since the feedback I have noticed the same stains on the floors and articles dropped. I have noticed the elevators need some TLC. Other than needing help in the area of cleaning, I have no concerns. The neighbors are friendly, apartments are spacious, great closet space and ammenties.

Love the location and the cleanliness here. Having my own laundry machines is a big upgrade from my last place which is a plus. Highly recommend.

We will miss our home at the Uptown! For context, my wife and I lived at this beautiful residence for just over 2 years, but we recently moved out of state. First, I want to personally thank the Uptown and management for the wonderful hospitality! Especially Kim! She is the backbone of the property, always sweet and works her tail off to go above and beyond for you. She has a wonderful spirit too, she cares so much! She made our experience worthwhile and we are truly grateful for all of it. Regardless of what you read from some of the bitter reviews, I can personally attest that Kim (and the whole Uptown management and maintenance team) do their best to take care of you. It's a pretty big complex with many, many residents, but ive never waited long for maintenance to fix something, or for management to address our issues/concerns. For that, we are truly grateful and we will certainly miss our former home. Also, the location is top notch. Walking distance to all the stores and restaurants, and the unit is solid too. Kim, thanks again for all that you do. We will never forget you, may God bless you! 🙏

I love living here! New management has made some great improvements and really cares about the quality of the community and happiness of residents. In a fantastic location as well. Awesome resident events and awesome staff!
