These apartments are beautiful! The people in the office are friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me options for my lease term that fits my needs. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been here for 5 months. Looks nice but very noisy. It’s like a marathon across the ceiling all times of day and night while someone with zero home training and apartment etiquette plays fetch inside with a dog that’s not apartment friendly. You won’t be able to sleep in peace. You may contemplate life. I have. Thin walls and floors. Some inconsiderate neighbors. Great pool. New management ignores messages of concern. Old management was so much better. I’d advise to move elsewhere.

The appliances here are NOT upgraded appliances. The refrigerator only has 3 shelves, no temperature controlled bins, and the freezer won’t even hold a frozen pizza. The washing machine is old school center agitator, has ruined my clothes with things getting stuck, the buttons are super flimsy and the drawer door won’t stay open so you’re constantly hitting your head on it. The toilet seats are the super cheap flimsy ones from Walmart. As for the common areas, none of the fire pits work in the garden area. The bbqs and dining surfaces don’t ever seem to get cleaned. The pools are freezing cold and can only be used about 2 months out of the year. The gym equipment is sparse. No barbells and very little space to move around. They advertise HIIT on demand workouts but the only thing we can think this means is that cardio equipment has preprogrammed workouts, like every other cardio equipment out there. The apartment building just switched management with no warning and it’s a complete disappointment. I paid the higher than average rent thinking that this community would do events and other community building activities, since I’m new to the area, but it seems all they do is is tell me that they know it’s not working, there’s nothing can do, or I’ll have to talk to management. (Wait, aren’t you management) Anyways…I will not renew my lease. You can get a lot more out there for a lot less money AND be closer to the middle of San Marco AND be more dog friendly.

From the very beginning of my moving process, the staff went above and beyond to make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly personable, helpful, and genuinely empathetic — they truly cared about making sure I felt comfortable and supported. Moving can be overwhelming, but the team here made it feel effortless. They answered all my questions promptly, followed up to make sure everything was on track, and even checked in after move-in to ensure I was settling in well. It’s rare to find such a kind and attentive group of people in property management, and it really sets this community apart. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares about you and your experience, The Station at San Marco is it!

From the moment I walked in... I knew The Station at San Marco was going to be my new home! Jeffery is absolutely AMAZING! He gave me my tour and was so down to earth, funny and felt like I had known him for years! I later got to meet Abby, Mollie, and Jennifer. All three are awesome and super friendly. They all made me feel right at home. I can't talk enough about the amenities.... I love the covered parking garage, the many different lounges available, and coffee that's always available, and two pools! My favorite is the sky lounge! I haven't been to any of the community monthly events as I just recently moved in, but I'm looking forward to checking them out! Just under one mile away is the Science Museum, Friendship Fountain, and the Riverwalk! I couldn't be happier and highly recommend!! I mean....the view alone!😍
