The Ridley

Can be 10/10 living experience. The apartments themselves are fine. Staff is hit or miss. The management is the worst part. They will consistently make errors with billing and will not resolve the issues in a timely manner. Spoke with Titiunna on multiple occasions and promises to take care of issues but is not to be trusted. Very dishonest but can be nice initially. If you want to have management you can trust this is not the place. They will consistently lie and overcharge. If adjustments are made and character improves then it can be 10/10 apartment.

The parking is a scam and they tow residents consistently. The units are fine and kept up well. Titiunna the assistant manager comes off very nice but she will lie to your face and make egregious administrative errors. Pros and cons of the community

Overall, the apartment complex is quiet and somewhat well maintained, and management has generally been professional. However, the one ongoing issue has been the trash policy. Despite being very diligent about following the rules, I continue to receive trash penalties added to my rent with no prior warning or explanation. It’s been frustrating to see repeated charges without clear communication on what is being done wrong. I hope management can improve transparency and provide warnings or guidance before applying fees.

We have lived at the Ridley for almost a year. Seeing the decline of this place is highly disappointing. Not communicating when certain changes are made and towing a bunch of cars. There are no available parking spots, where are we supposed to park? Across the street at Publix? According to the front desk girl, yes I should just as long as I don’t park illegally. Highly disappointed in the service provided and the lack of understanding. No parking spots available. Parking where other cars park. We cannot wait to move out in a month. It seems nice at first, but then you realize it was an unfortunate mistake.

We have been here for a couple years, and the office staff is always prompt to address issues (I suggest going in person to chat)! I was having problems with some deliveries, and Riley truly went above and beyond. The other gals are great too, and we enjoy the pool, walking path with the pond, and location of the Ridley. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Thanks y’all!
