Do not fall for the positive reviews. They are a monument to incompetence. Absolute garbage. My brother's AC has been broken for a month and they have excuse after excuse of why it's not fixed. It's the DEAD OF SUMMER. They don't answer phones, and they leave the office early so it's impossible to reach them. Live anywhere else, because these people don't care about you at all.

There is no communication with owners. No communication between maintenance out of Holiday FL and management on site. No communication from maintenance manager and tenants. The pools are dirty, can’t be opened. The exercise facility is locked, a/c is off. Insulation in old buildings is minimal. Walls are hot to the touch upstairs due to a gable roof design in which direct sunlight heats the wall. A/C cooling capacity is minimal. Plumbing problems are constant, ventilation of the drain system is inadequate. This property is isolated by highway on one side and religious institutions properties on the other. Usually quite except for loud vehicles on the highway. Here since 2001 as I worked nights and it’s safe at night here. 👍

This place is a nightmare! I'm desperate to move out. I really don't recommend it. It's infested with cockroaches 🪳. The customer service is terrible. We've been without air conditioning in our room for exactly two years. About five workers have come through the office, and none of them have done anything. It's become a very problematic place. The washing machines are constantly broken, and the garbage is overflowing. The pools are also a mess. We've been living here for two years, and they've never repaired them. Don't be fooled by the photos of the condo; they're nothing like the place itself—it's just a facade. I don't recommend it at all… My car 🚘 was even stolen right here, parked almost in front of the office, and their excuse was that the cameras weren't working 🤦🏻♀️😡🤬

Horrible place to live. A/C broken roaches 🪳 every where. Lori G is horrible manager. She very rude disrespectful… don’t live here you will regret.
