Make sure your credit is in order before coming to apply here. I make way more than enough to stay out here but got denied for my credit after paying $225 for the application. Felt like this is a complete rip off. People don't have $225 to be wasting on an application just to get denied. And its not like these are great apartments in a great area in Jacksonville. They are decent apartments in the hood. Just seems like a legal hustle to me. Get these quick $225 out of people just to deny them is crazy.
