The Landings at San Marco

The landing at san marco is amazing the environment is clean, quiet neighborhood, the complex looks very nice, the staff is super helpful and great at what they do and then the apartment is spacious looks just like the pictures and the pool is lovely too. 100% Recommend. And then everything is close all the stores you could think of.

Absolutely DO NOT MOVE HERE! The positive reviews are fake like someone mentioned in another review. I won’t be surprised if management tries to take this down. Pam is the worse! She has favorite residents and I witnessed these interactions! She is very cold and callous ! You can loose your job , go through some sort of hardship and she wouldn’t give a care in the world .She would look at you like you did something to her ! She is super nice to you during move in then she turns into a complete different person after moving in. There is always someone new in the office beside her and they can’t seem to keep people. I wonder why?? Mold in the apartments, the constant smell of weed , the maintenance man doesn’t fix anything and makes promises he can’t keep , the list goes on! So save yourself the headache. Be aware Not all good reviews are real and authentic .

Move in process was fast and easy! Apartments looked amazing I saw 5 apartment before I chose. Staff was great and very friendly! This is my 5th month and I have no issues in my apartment.. The pool is always clean.. I love the creek view!
