Nick and Chasity made my move in experience at the Jaxon Apartments incredibly smooth and stress free. From the beginning, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I had a very frustrating experience with The Jaxon Luxury Apartments. We visited the property for a simple apartment tour, and even after providing and scanning our driver’s licenses, we were asked to complete additional steps like facial recognition through our phones and filling out more personal details. For just viewing an apartment, this felt excessive and unnecessary. I’ve never encountered any leasing company with such a complicated and intrusive process.
On top of that, scheduling an appointment is a hassle. There’s no proper response from their team, and their website only allows you to submit a form without any clear follow-up or confirmation.
Overall, the management and procedures are extremely disappointing. This experience felt overly complicated and poorly handled, especially for something as basic as an apartment tour.

This is a great apartment complex if you’re looking to stay in the area. I’ve stayed in multiple apartment complexes previously and this is by far my favorite. Nick in the leasing office has been very helpful and supportive throughout the leasing process.Mike fedd in maintenance has also been a big help. So far I have really enjoyed my time here.
