Drove 7 hours to take a tour and the leasing consultant didn’t show up. Definitely not signing a lease here if the management can’t even bother to show up to the office on time. We weren’t the only ones waiting either.

My car was broken into and robbed. Not a safe place to live. This was not just this complex. It was all of the local complexes here in the area. The people who work here are lovely. It’s the area. The complex owners are working at making the place more secure. I look forward to updating my review! My vehicle was stolen 3 days after it was broken into. Another series of break ins and 2 fatal shooting walking distance away. My garage door broke and hit me. Update I am writing this with a genuine fear of adverse actions or retaliation from management, but the situation has reached a point where I feel obligated to warn others. Up until this moment, any negative feedback I had about this complex had absolutely nothing to do with the people who worked here—but unfortunately, that changed today. The security situation at this property is completely unacceptable. During our time here, my car was stolen, and my wife’s car has been broken into twice. Despite these major incidents, the property’s gates remain broken and the security cameras do not work. When I brought this up, management entirely dismissed my concerns, claiming that the broken gates have nothing to do with security and aren’t pertinent to living here. Instead of addressing these very real safety issues, management seems more concerned with their online image. The manager actually stopped me and asked me to come into the office specifically to discuss previous negative reviews I had left. I told her I did not have time for a meeting, but she continued to press the issue and actually rolled her eyes at me when I tried to excuse myself. It is incredibly unprofessional to corner a resident over a review, roll your eyes at them for not having time to meet, and completely brush off the fact that your residents' vehicles are being stolen and burglarized. If you value your property, your safety, and professional management, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I truly enjoyed my tour of the property. The grounds were well maintained. Lysa was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about available apartments and was able to explain the differences between the models that were available.
