I am a new resident. Thus far, the team, as unit has been very helpful and supportive. The Maintenance team has been awesome. Mr.O and the rest of the crew, addresses the repair request with a high level of professionalism. Regardless of the level of complexity, the approach is the same. Good guys across the board.

Both office ladies were so helpful from signing the lease to leaving I’ve lived in many different apartments throughout Florida never ever ever had an experience like this I wish the best for both of them and the maintenance workers were very knowledgeable on construction and making those apartments look perfect!! Anyway I would recommend this apartment over any other one in jax trust me I lived in 5 of them. So go take a tour and check it out !

I’ve had an excellent experience living at Hawthorne Apartments in Jacksonville. The apartments themselves are beautifully maintained, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The community is quiet, well-kept, and you can tell management truly cares about the residents and the overall quality of the property. What really stands out, though, is the outstanding customer service from the front office staff. Petra has been absolutely amazing throughout my experience here. She is professional, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything needed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about residents the way she does, and she makes the entire leasing and living experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Hawthorne Apartments to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live with exceptional management and customer service.
