Our family has lived here at The Enclave for a couple of years now, and we quite enjoy it. From the location and accessibility, to the amenities that are convenient to enjoy at any moment, to the office professionalism, efficiency and kindness and their maintenance management team’s responsiveness. We have had a lot of contact with Brittany and Jada from the office who have taken great care of us with all of our questions and concerns and seldom do we wait for a response from the maintenance team for any repairs in our unit. They are very quick to respond and get your issues resolved as quickly as possible. Very thankful for the ease that comes with living here.

I can’t say enough good things about The Enclave. The complex itself is very appealing, well taken care of and impeccably groomed. My unit is spacious, clean and has updated appliances. I have had to reach out to the staff, specifically, Brittany, who was extremely informative, helpful, and professional. The team was very quick to resolve one issue I had and very patient with me and all my questions. Michele was efficient, professional and extremely informative regarding how to operate a lot of the ‘smart’ items. Very impressed!

These 5 star reviews are misleading. This review is coming from 2 year residents who paid on time, never had any complaints filed about us, and left the unit in great condition. The first year was fine, the second year was where everything truly went down hill. Im hoping people consider the points i make before moving in. Gated complex but the gates broke at least 5 times during our time there. Meaning if you got off work late and and they were closed and getting in was a pain. They also didn't deter any crime because our car was broken into twice (windows smashed once.) What did the Encalve do or say about that? Nothing! This happened to many other residents to the point where when we called the police they sounded defeated and said, "Someone is just killing the Enclave right now." One trash compactor for the entire complex. Trash often piled up because of the nasty residents and it attracted a ton of racoons The main office threatened to tow my car because of a flat tire. A notice was passive aggressively just slapped on my front window. I was awaiting repairs on it so it sat for a week and a half. Mind you they had my info on file since I had been a resident for 2 years at that point. So why didn't they call me? Don't know. The finale and the reason I'm writing this review: they are refusing to refund our whole deposit, we got a whopping 40$ back. They even prorated a final water sewer and garbage bill AFTER WE HAD LEFT, which they proceeded took out of said deposit. We also left that unit in fantastic condition. How do I know this? We passed everything on our inspection besides the "carpet with pet stains." When we provided pictures of the carpet after we left and they sent us pictures back with the carpet torn up with 2 stains on the bottom. Based on their pictures since they already tore the carpet up, it looked like they were going to replace it anyway so why charge us? As a resident with pets you also pay a 300$ non refundable pet fee PLUS 20$ a month on top of that. So what's that money for? Don't know! All In all the complex looks nice but little things start to pile up and when you move out they're awful, even if you do everything right. P.S. The front office does nothing, any actual issues need to go through customer care so have fun with that. PPS I'm attaching pictures we took of the carpet vs theirs. Update: Submitted a claim with the Better Buissness Bureau and they flat out ignored it.

The Enclave is an amazing place to live. My husband and I really enjoy living here. The staff are great, the maintenance team are wonderful, and the amenities are amazing as well. I’m a personal trainer and this is one of the best apartment gyms I’ve ever seen. We have nothing but positive things to say about this place and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent. We are very thankful to live here. We also enjoy the community and great atmosphere The Enclave provides.

Living at the Enclave for several years now has been by far the best rental experience I have ever had. It is nestled in and surrounded by a nature reserve, so it is quiet and the water fountains add to the tranquility. In addition, the staff is very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful...Everyone who works here makes you feel like family. For example, General Manager Shannon Johnson has always made herself available should I have a question, or need her assistance. I appreciate her openness and willingness to go above and beyond for residents. Brittany Smith (Sales Manager) is also very open and willing to give of her time and lend a hand. In fact, she was very diligent and spent time at length with me on my lease renewal and the many questions I had. Cindy Long (Leasing Professional) is who I call the lady full of sunshine. That's because if she passes you while she is out touring prospective residents or addressing resident needs in the golf cart, she will always smile and wave every time. Cindy always has a kind word to say, and everything she told me when I toured the property was accurate. Everything she promised, she delivered. The Enclave even had a welcome basket waiting for me upon arrival at my new apartment when I first signed up, and they have been five-star ever since, including with the great maintenance crew--John (ALWAYS Delivers), Ron (Dependable with a capital "D" & great attitude), Michelle (Fastest to respond, No job to hard for her), Rudy (Willing to go the extra mile and committed to excellence) and Allan (Takes pride in his work and maintaining how the property looks, even going out of his way to pick up and remove a piece of litter someone had dropped accidentally)...as well as the newest office addition Jada, who is very sweet and friendly in-person and over the phone.
