Brittany is the best to work with. The whole team is really but Brittany worked to get my package delivered after I stupidly forgot to enter my apartment number. They care and that says a lot for a place you’ll be living in. Wouldn’t recommend any other spot to live as the whole team, maintenance included, get it done right the 1st time. Shout out Natalie as well for being a great guide and friendly face in the leasing office. Shout out the whole team for making this place feel like home.

I’ve lived here for 2 years, moving for reasons not related to The Drake. Over my time living here there have been minor hiccups, but overall I have loved it. The leasing team, especially Brittney, always gives you their full attention and dedication in solving any problem you may have. The neighborhood is quiet, spacious, and kept clean. The maintenance team is quick and very kind too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, I’m very sad to be leaving.

I honestly hated living here. My washer broke a couple of times, a/c was consistently broken at least once every other month, there was trash piled up every morning near the dumpsters at the front of the complex which made the complex look trashy as you’re headed out for work (also upped the “valet trash” fees despite it looking like that every morning in the photo below), cockroaches were a big issue no matter how clean you kept your apartment (getting pest control once a month didn’t help my issue either). The office staff added an $80 charge for community Wi-Fi mid lease that you couldn’t opt out of even if you already signed a year contract with another Wi-Fi company. The lease was confusing and they found ways around the lease to add in fees whenever they wanted. Parking is horrendous, i was forced to park outside of the gated community multiple times because there were no spots available. The gate was also broken 8/12 months i lived here. Pool was consistently dirty. The gym never had sanitary wipes stocked. Maintenance crew is amazing though, always on top of work orders in a timely fashion. Good luck trying to contact the office staff because they hardly ever answer phone calls or get back via email. I have many family members in the apartment industry and even they were appalled how much of a train wreck this complex is ran. There’s nothing luxury about The Drake with the prices they charge and i immediately left as soon as my lease was up.

We’ll living in a apartment complex it’s always pros and cons, speaking on the staff Bree is a wonderful person to deal with, I was here before they transitioned to the Drake and Alex is pleasant as well Alex is willing to make effort to accommodate your concerns. I hate leave, I don’t have anything negative to say about their professionalism. I have enjoyed the time that I’ve been there. my rent have became more than what I’m willing to pay for living in an apartment. The gate is an issue for us all. The parking can become tedious I wish it was a better system about that . and about the appliances. Maintenance is pretty good about taking care of the business of the work orders, and pest control just called. and as a tenant don’t wait till you see them.do what you need to do as well. Trash pick up I wish you could opt out of that. It’s not much to say without being petty. Thank you for the years.

Wish I didn't lease here. Everything is broken and no answer on when they will repair or replace. Enjoy your hole/fall hazard of a hot tub. Also don't expect to grill out. Grills don't work and there are zero chairs that aren't broken. They're solution, lock out the pool area and grills. Great job guys. We residents pay good money for these things you neglect. If looking here be careful. Look for more reviews on interior conditions in the future.. well, week 7 into them repairing the grills. No progress as of today 1-29-23. I found the exact grill gas timer on Amazon for 85. I guess they didn't look. Once they do replace it I'm sure they're going to clean up the grills and replace the rotting out interiors? I did see them throw away the broken chairs but no replacements since I moved it. Update, week 8 (1-4-23) of the grills not working and being locked out. Update, the management lied about the grill situation. I have prof that they had an unsafe gas leak. They claimed that the timer was bad and needed to be replaced. Not true, just lies. They claimed to repair things but just put lipstick on a pig. They break lease contract rules and think that they get away with this. I'm going to get present and past residents to join my class action about your breach of contract.
