A month before I was due to move out, I went on a trip and the complex told me they needed access to my apartment to fix a problem for my downstairs neighbors. I allowed it. They then called me back saying they needed me to fully clear out my living room. I explained I was on a trip. They told me I would be fined for all damages to the downstairs apartment if I didn’t comply. I rushed home, spent hours moving things, and left. When I later returned home, my carpet was soaking wet and muddy footprints had been left all over the apartment, scratches on the walls, structural and cosmetic damage to my stairs. I immediately informed the apartment complex that the contractors had caused these damages. I was still charged for them at move out. This was the third time this apartment flooded in the two years I lived there.

The only thing that starting to pop up and irritate me and my neighbors recently is that there is no assigned parking spaces for tenants here especially at my building which this week I mostly have to park across the street from my door. Guest parking should not be in front of tenant’s units it should be across the street where there is plenty of parking there. I already discussed this with a night security guard which they suggested that tenants that live here should have access to parking permits & any non tenant should not park in front of any tenants parking space. I would like the office manager & agents to really consider it. I am starting to get really frustrated if this continues to be a further issue.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I’ve had an excellent experience living at The Club at the Town Center. The community is always clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly peaceful for such a convenient location. The amenities are great, parking is easy, and maintenance requests get handled quickly. A special shoutout to Joana, who truly goes above and beyond. She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make the whole place feel even more welcoming. She’s a huge part of why living here has been such a great experience. Highly recommend The Club at the Town Center to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run apartment community.

We were so excited to move into this apartment, but that excitement quickly turned into a year of regret. I'm writing this review to warn others so they don't have to go through what we did. The problems started early. We began seeing roaches almost immediately. Not just one or two, but a consistent and disgusting stream of them. We kept our apartment spotless, but it didn't matter. The problem was clearly within the building itself, and management's attempts to fix it were completely ineffective. Then there was the water. A foul, potent smell (like sewage or rotten eggs) came from every faucet. It never went away. Taking a shower felt gross, and we were hesitant to even wash our dishes with it. We complained repeatedly, but nothing was ever done. It was embarrassing to have guests over. The final straw was the move-out process. We spent days cleaning the apartment to ensure we'd have no problems. When we handed in our keys, we asked the person in the leasing office directly if we were all set. They looked us in the eye and said everything was good and there were no issues. We were so relieved. Then, the bill came. A huge, itemized list of charges that completely contradicted what we were told in person. It felt like a deliberate lie to get us out the door before slapping us with fees. Even after multiple visits, calls and emails, manager would not reach us. Living here was stressful and disappointing, but the dishonesty at the end was a true slap in the face. Please, learn from our experience and look elsewhere.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT AT THE CLUB AT TOWN CENTER. This complex is disgusting, and I am posting again because my first review barely scratches the surface. I have lived here for only 3–4 months, and it has been nothing short of miserable. Believe the negative reviews—they are accurate. We are not “angry tenants” making noise; we are residents dealing with serious, ongoing problems that management refuses to address. The property is a scam of smoke and mirrors. The front office puts on a polished act to lure people in, but once you sign a lease, you will be ignored and abandoned. Maintenance is subpar and puts a bandaid on everything they fix. Management is unprofessional. The leasing staff (Hana and Joanna) are the only people I choose to deal with. The office posts AI-generated responses to reviews but NEVER follow up with residents to actually fix anything. When you go into the office, as their generic responses suggest, you are met with a manager who is dismissive, condescending, and completely unwilling to resolve issues. Case in point: my apartment is now flooded at 3am. I called the front office at 5 p.m. to report a sprinkler issue that the leasing agent themselves confirmed, along with reports from other residents. Hours later, no one has shown up. My downstairs is destroyed, carpet is soaked, and the neglect is unbelievable. UPDATE: Maintenance came and used a shopvac and towel to clean the water. However, now there is a terrible smell and water still seeping through the base boards and floor. The grounds are disgusting, covered in dog feces from irresponsible owners. The buildings are old, crumbling, and poorly maintained. This place is not safe, not sanitary, and absolutely not worth living in. Living here is a nightmare. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone—not even my worst enemy. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
