I do not recommend renting or buying in this community if you value safety, privacy, and responsible handling of sensitive situations. During my stay as a tenant I observed concerning behaviors in common areas (including substance use by a minor) and saw how the administration did not adequately prioritize those types of incidents. Additionally, I experienced situations that affected my sense of safety; behaviors of harassment/hostility and the taking of photographs without my consent in common spaces, which I found intimidating. I also experienced a tense social environment with attitudes that I perceived as discriminatory toward immigrant people. I only dare to leave this comment after having moved out, because during my stay I feared for my safety. I have already shared this information with the corresponding institutions. I write this so that future residents, if they move here, know that this community is neither a safe nor a peaceful place. Trying to help others so they do not have to live the mistreatment and discrimination that I suffered in this place.

Im sick and tired of the residents of this complex throwing things in my yard! Since we moved in next door I've had a burner phone ,clothing and now a God Damn Piss bottle thrown in my yard. FYI I threw that piss bottle back

This place is no longer safe. A lot of complaints about cars getting broken into. I left my bicycle in front of my apt door and it was gone in a matter of hours. Very poor security.
