Maintenance is next level, and that’s the ONlY positive. Be weary of changes they make to tax you. Or if your friend’s unit bathroom, almost caves in from upstairs unit, they say “let it dry”. License on your boat or golf carts? Still don’t know difference and want to tax 100 a month. Whoever is in charge made a huge mistake. If any one has questions please let me know.
