So basically the first thing I noticed is that there’s no valet trash picking up! Gym is okayish and machines aren’t that sturdy like in other communities . Beware of snakes in the stairways. Club house is OK not bad . Management not upto mark . Id say this is an affordable place . It’s located 7-8 mins away from the main Jax shopping areas.

Nice community

Second floor neighbors hit their ceiling for the slightest movement and complain to HOA which doesn't investigate but makes threats. Trash compactor is always having issues and the gates are always broken so there's no secure feeling. Kids play in the road as if it's their yards. This is the worst maintained property in the area all while owners want to raise rent. It reeks of cultural food that isn't appealing so beware.
