Stonemont Village

After my experience, I cannot recommend this place. During the time I lived there, I had several problems with the management. On multiple occasions, I went to the office seeking assistance, and Fatima was very rude to me. As an immigrant who does not speak English fluently, I felt that I was treated differently, which made me feel discriminated against. Even after I moved out, a package was mistakenly delivered to my old mailbox. I politely reached out for help but never received a response. When I went to the office in person, she still refused to help me or offer any solution. In addition, while I lived there, there were ongoing problems with cockroaches and moisture in the apartment that management failed to address. I had to contact the City of Jacksonville to intervene before the issues were finally addressed. My overall experience was very disappointing. I hope the management improves the way they treat all residents, regardless of the language they speak or where they come from, and responds promptly to maintenance issues.

I have been living here for a year and 3 months, and it has been the worst year of my life. Biggest mistake I could've made was moving in here. This company does some very shady things like having you sign your lease before it's even time to renew. Adding money onto your rent ledger and then penalizing you for being late when they take their sweet time to correct the issue. I had to wait a whole month for them to fix my kitchen sink. Then the manager calls, texts and harasses you every month about rent, even when you communicate with her that you may be having an issue she still calls and threatens to evict. She never apologize for any mistakes that are made, and laughs when speaking about serious issues with tenants as if what they're going through doesn't matter. No compassion what so ever. It is fake compassion yo get people to move in and all she cares about is $$$, not the wellbeing of her tenants.

I am very happy to be a tenant at Stonemont Village Apartments and very thankful to manager Fatima who always help me. I am here since 2019 in Stonemont Apartments.

Great customer service. Awesome team staff. Ms. Fatima helped me set up and was fantastic with my process. I’m super excited to be apart of this great team . Beautiful area and peaceful community, I love it.
