Sound at Peninsula

When I first moved out here ,they had a few things to fix , but I emailed the property manager directly and she got them resolved ,my lease has come to an end and I just want to leave an honest review , no rats or roaches , I had no water problems ,or leaking problems , the bill was questionable but I would always email them if I didn’t understand or if sumn didn’t make sense and it got corrected asap I checked out a lot of the other comments I will say emailing and going into the office is the most effective way to get stuff done . I just want to give kudos to the new property manager Danielle she did indeed made my stay an easier stay if I didn’t work across town I would honestly re new … just tour the unit you actually want to move in .and if you can’t tour it don’t sign a lease for it simple .!

Put in a work order for my a/c early Monday morning. It stopped blowing cold. I was informed it was the compressor and we needed to wait for the part to come in. My a/c was working by Tuesday afternoon. The heat is so unbearable! Thank you for getting it fixed in a timely manner!!

Manager was courteous and helpful!

Not painted like I was told things still need to be fixed cat hair everywhere Eyes are swollen due to cat been in the apartments prior to me moving in on Friday July 10th

So far the experience I had the first day to pick up my keys was smooth. Yuriko was pleasant and worked w us in terms of sending all the paperwork to my husband, my mom and myself!! Also she took us to see the apt and took notes of a few things the apt needed. Hopefully everything will be taken care of by the time my family moves. Looking forward being close to my daughters and grandkids and enjoying the pool with them
