I gave this property an opportunity since I heard big changes so far I haven’t been disappointed with my apartment.

I would not recommend living here based on my experience. The property itself is poorly maintained. The grounds were frequently dirty, trash was often left around the complex, and the overall appearance gave the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. The most frustrating part of my experience was after I moved out. My security deposit, which should never have been withheld in the first place, turned into weeks of unnecessary delays and repeated follow-ups. I had to continuously email and call just to get updates, and my calls to the leasing office often went unanswered. After requesting multiple times that a replacement check be sent overnight due to the delays, my request was ignored and it was sent via USPS Ground Advantage instead. Even after pointing this out, my questions went unanswered. What should have been a simple process became nearly a month of chasing money that was rightfully owed to me. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency throughout this process was extremely disappointing. If this is how former residents are treated, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to think twice before signing a lease.
