I've lived here for six months. It's quiet in my building. I don't know if other people have had problems with neighbors, but personally, it's quiet. If you rent, it's good; if you own, the administration fees are expensive. They try to maintain it well, so for now, it meets certain expectations.

I've been an owner here for the last 12 years, and I have no bad things to say about the property. We've had several CAMs under the same Management company, which I question from time to time. As for the property and the community itself, you couldn't ask for a more peaceful setting with its trees and Spanish Moss throughout the gounds.

First, we own our condo, since 2005. Ms. Donna was a hard working property manager that cared. Along with Curtis, who was maintenance for the property. Ms Donna retired last year. Since her departure and Curtis being forced to leave from Barbie, another maintenance worker, things have drastically gone down hill. Barbie who is now in charge and also lives here, is rude, lazy, and not at all friendly. She drives around in her golf cart not caring about the residents and just collects a paycheck. As a long standing residents here, I am so disappointed in the new management company and the people who are here to help us, but do not! We are looking to eventually move. But I would not recommend anyone buying here or even renting!!! There are a lot better options to choose from that are also more up to date with its facility amenities. We miss Donna and Curtis. Also, the floors are not insulated properly, and walls are very thin. So you can hear the person above you just walking around. They have not once updated with meaningful upgrades. Other than landscaping maintenance, I haven’t got a clue to what our HOA fees actually go towards. The community is “gated” but not fully, so anyone can enter the property on the sides just by walking in from the sidewalk. Also, every yeah there is a problem with cars being broken into. The only thing good about this place, is its location.
