Dirty hallways, rude staff, actual worst place I’ve lived. Always stinks in the hallways. Anytime we needed help with packages coming in if it didn’t go into the right parcel they refused to give us our stuff. I also accidentally parked in someone’s spot one night (it was dark) and they slashed my tires and got my car towed (I don’t mind they towed my car, fair) but the property manager refused to give me or the police any footage of the tires being slashed.

On top of the already questionable living environment and poor management, the property also hits you with loads of hidden fees when you move out. Just don’t choose this place unless you want to live in a biohazard.

The rent is reasonably priced, but the apartment complex is old, and many of the appliances are outdated as well. Unfortunately, the management is not cooperative when it comes to maintenance issues. I lived in Apartment 224 for a year, and every time I showered or cooked, there was a strong rotten egg smell coming from the water. The odor was so overwhelming that I dreaded coming home. I even had to buy shower filters and sink filters just to make the water tolerable. I also avoided inviting friends over because I was embarrassed by the smell. Honestly, I still don't know how I managed to live there for an entire year. If you're considering renting here, make sure you check the water and smell it before signing a lease. I reported the issue multiple times, but the only response I received was to "use more water," which is not a real solution when you have to cook, shower, and live there every day. Another frustrating issue is that maintenance requests were often marked as "completed" even though no one actually came to fix the problem. This happened to me on more than one occasion. While the rent is affordable, the poor maintenance service, lack of responsiveness from management, and ongoing water odor made my experience very disappointing. I would not recommend living here unless these issues are properly addressed.
