I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE ABOUT POINTE PARC AT ST JOHN APARTMENTS. THEY ABSOLUTELY A 10/10 AND THE MOST WONDERFUL AMAZINGLY REMARKABLE INSPIRING APARTMENTS I EVER BEEN IN. THE COMMUNITY IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND EXTRAORDINARY GORGEOUS ENCHANTING AND SO QUITE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME PUT IN YOUR APPLICATION AND LIVE LIKE A QUEEN ON A ISLAND. THEY ALSO HAVE SEVERALS TRUCKS VENDORS ON SITE WHEN FEELING A LITTLE HUNGRY LOL. I MOST DEFINITELY L❤️VE MY APARTMENT, AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. THE STAFF'S HERE IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY THE MAINTENANCE GUYS HERE GET THE JOB DONE SOON AS THE WORK PACKAGE GET INTO THEIR HANDS. NO LAGGING AROUND BEING LAZY. (NO MA'AM)

I told them back in february that I was going to be moving out in May and when I moved out they charged me one months rent for not providing notice, and after contacting them and providing proof they told me there's nothing they can do. Renter beware.

Edit: I am thrilled to finally be able to move out of this complex. In the 4 years I've been stuck here, the pools have consistently been closed. The gyms are a joke, all of the equipment is broken. Getting maintenance requests completed is like pulling teeth. It took over a month for my washer/dryer to be replaced after the drum began to rust. Ruined linens and clothes. There was no offer of compensation. Hell, there wasn't even an apology. Ended up spending $500+ to replace the items that had been ruined. There are giant gaps in the laminate flooring that management refused to repair. The HVAC systems are dirty. I had to beg to get the duct work cleaned. The company they hired literally used a long wand on a vacuum and that was it. The maintenance team spray painted the AC vents to cover the mold. The popcorn ceiling has buckled in the closet and the kitchen due to the moisture and lack of insulation. I run dehumidifiers 24/7 and it still is not enough. **Maintenance has consistently put the AC filter in backward when they have bothered to come look. There are much nicer places with more reasonable rent all around. Avoid Pointe Park like the plague. They use the term luxury VERY loosely here. When I moved in, the place hadn't even been cleaned since the last tenant. The pool has been closed by the state since before I moved in almost 4 months ago. We pay for valet trash and my trash hasn’t been picked up in a week. Honestly, this place is a dump and no one at the office ever answers the phone. When you do get fed up enough to go to the office, they aren’t helpful and spread the blame on others. Below is the flooring that was installed the day after I moved in. Not pictured is the smelly, damp buckled cabinet under the kitchen sink. A fine example of the crappy service here at pointe parc “luxury” apartments. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.
