I was helping a friend to find an affordable apartment and we came across Pinewood Pointe. The staff was helpful and friendly, the process for applying was pretty easy and got approved within days. The apartment was shown before the submitted application and everything was upgraded from the kitchen to the carpet and vinyl floors. They said they were under a new management so hopefully the experience for my friend stays as good as it was from the start.

I would like to recognize the manager, Fashia, for her excellent service and follow-through regarding issues at the property. She has been highly communicative and responsible, and has paid close attention to every detail in resolving the reported situations. I appreciate her willingness to help, her kindness, and her efforts to manage necessary repairs in a timely manner. I have felt heard and supported throughout the entire process.
