Patriot Plaza

Ever property manager quit or was fired. I experienced five different property manager since 2023. Upon every new Management team changed my $810 deposit down to $200 and I was forced correct the account by showing my first least documents. Upon move out my the property manager lied about my payments history and refused to refund my deposit. I never was able to used the dishwasher. It simple didn't drain. The roaches were so bad I had get rid of furniture during move out. The wall were not completely painted only spot painted in locations in the apartment. I had to install a door seal into the front door frame to keep cold and heat and bugs out. Every apartment around me was vandalized by vagrants. Every door and window was cover by plywood sheets and have remained vacant. The pool was closed two of the three years I lived at Patriots Plaza Appartments. There are stray cats and raccoons living on the property. The apartment are 53 years old. I lived in Apartment 802 which was condemned after fire damage and the alarms weren't functional during the fire. There is no functional Recreation Area for the children to play. The Regional Management will not support nor communicate directly with the tenants by phone only email. They claim to support Veterans but take advantage of the various transition programs. I would'nt recommend this Patriots Plaza Appartments property to regular citizen or Veterans funded programs. Changing Homelessness and HUD-Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program combines HUD's Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) rental assistance for homeless Veterans with cases shouldn't consider Patriots Plaza Appartments for Rehabilitation of Veterans. The management office staff lacked professionalism and Integrity. I communicated my negative experiences and deteriorating health conditions which prevented me from moving. The various property manager showed NO EMPATHY AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY Structured financial and medical situations. Unfortunately, this is the normal practices of the Patriots Plaza Appartments Management.

The leasing agent Mercedes is absolutely wonderful. She is so helpful and follows through completely with showing the property, explaining the details of qualifications, shows kindness and very professional. So far I love the apartment and I look forward to living here.

I had an amazing maintenance service. Reni and Yorgenis haad helped me fixing all the maintenance issues i had. I am great for that. Thank you Reni and yorgenis.

Run away from this place. The office is overwhelmed by tenants with complaints! Office is effectively open only 4 days out of the week. Maintenance is EXTREMELY slow, inept and difficult to communicate with unless you’re multilingual. Grounds are a mess not like the old pictures on the web site. It has been six weeks since I left and the office is dodging my phone calls about my deposit and a $190 credit that was in my account when I left Sept 1. My account show that there is a late fee due as well as a charge for water, sewer, and trash. Not surprised about the call dodging. Since this complex changed to Integrety Rise Property Mgt. a couple of years ago, I NEVER received a callback when I was told I would be called back! After two months of waiting and The office dodging pone calls, I finally received my deposit and account credit back. GOOD RIDDANCE!

The laundry rooms are constantly gross and filthy due to no one maintaining the cleanliness of them. On 09/02/2025 an older man lost his bowels and sat on the folding table smearing it with his waste. Pictures are attached. There are no washer and dryer hookups in the apartments so these laundry rooms are an "amenity" but they aren't treated as such. They don't even pay the gas bill so you can dry your clothes. As of this day I am done. I would not recommend using the laundry rooms under any circumstances or living here in general. Be careful.
