A man drove his car into one of the apartment complex where my neighbor son was sleeping at and the people in the office aint do nothing

Ugh it’s just that they hire anybody as maintenance & secretary, the people they been having, don’t do nothing to help. All my reports go over looked as it doesn’t matter. Literally mold all in my apt vents & windows a lot of things been needing fixed— by the way im a single mom , i just want to be comfortable at home! Stop hiring these so called rich ninjas because they don’t wanna do a dam thing out here to help the community! they’re brain washing people to think it’s cool to not help people in this community. When yall choose to pick better staffing, maybe the community will do better. people yall hire don’t care. It’s not even funny no more 😒

Edit: It has been 2 YEARS since I posted this review. 2 YEARS. I STILL HAVE NO AC, I STILL HAVE NO WORKING STOVE, MOLD EVERYWHERE TO THE POINT ITS PUT ME AND MY DISABLED CHILDREN IN AND OUT THE HOSPITAL FOR THE LAST YEAR!!!! MANAGEMENT BITCHING ABOUT AMMONIA SMELLS THATS COMING FROM MY PLUMBING CONSTANTLY FLOODING MY UNIT THAT THEY SWEAR NOTHING IS WRONG WITH!!! 150% don’t recommend. Office is almost always closed for meetings or by appointment only. The manager is beyond rude, I haven’t had functioning appliances since December and they still have yet to replace them. I’ve had to cut the circuit breaker to my stove completely. My AC and heat does not work at all. I have 2 kids, one being disabled and the other a newborn. The people they keep sending out for it knows it’s freezing up and flooding my hallway as does the staff at my apartments and it has still yet to be fixed. I’ve only been given 2 air filters in 2 years. And I’ve asked for the hole in my wall to be fixed behind my fridge and it to be resprayed for roaches and nothing. These apartments are infested and nothing is ever done. The manager refuses to take my intent to withhold rent as is my legal right by Florida law.
