North Beach on Kernan Apartments

We’ve had a great experience at North Beach on Kernan so far! The leasing team is professional, friendly, and very responsive. They checked in after move-in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Maintenance has been helpful and quick to assist when needed. The community is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this community to others!

First time living in an apartment and I was concerned about the whole process. The staff here made it so easy and answered all my questions. Upon moving in I had a noticed a few things that needed addressed by maintenance. I have heard horror stories of how long it takes to get issues addressed in apartment communities. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and professional the maintenance team is here. They were very helpful!!! The apartment and common area are amazing and I am excited for pool season to enjoy the beautiful large pool and cook some hamburgers on the grills. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

We have lived here for 5 years and we love it. My favorite is that the maintenance, they are so kind and so fast! Your request is filled sometimes the same day. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are spacious!

Hi Im Eli, I have lived here for just over a Year, and I have had the best experience. If you are a young family, or military looking for your first apartment. I highly recommend it, and it's not too far from Base (20-30 minutes [based on traffic], and downtown jax [about 30 minutes]). The maintenance team is great with getting to your requests. I had some issues with my door lock dying, ac, and even garbage disposal. With one call/request sent to the staff I had a next day fix. As a single military member getting his first apartment, this place is where i found, and i am confident I made the right decision.

I’ve been living at North Beach on Kernan for a while now, and overall it’s been a really solid experience. The grounds are kept clean, the buildings are well-maintained, and any issues I’ve had inside my unit have been handled pretty quickly. The office and maintenance teams are easy to work with and actually follow up, which I really appreciate. Tanner in particular has been great—friendly, straightforward, and always willing to help answer questions or get things taken care of without a lot of hassle. Parking is generally good, the community feels safe, and my neighbors have been respectful for the most part. Like any apartment complex, there are occasional minor annoyances (noise here and there, or waiting a bit during busy times), but nothing that’s made me regret living here. Overall, I’d definitely recommend North beach on Kernan to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with responsive staff and a well-kept.
