Lux at Sorrel

I moved into my apartment only to find that the AC was not working. Maintenance responded the same day and provided a portable AC unit, which I appreciated, but it has done very little to cool the apartment. I was told a supervisor would come by, but I never received an update. After multiple unanswered phone calls and no indication that anyone had been to my apartment, I went to the leasing office for answers. There were several employees in the office, but no one acknowledged me. Ashlynn looked directly at me and still did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. The biggest issue hasn't been the broken AC it's been the lack of communication and empathy. Living without air conditioning in Florida during the summer is unacceptable, and a simple phone call would have gone a long way.

Oh my God, thank God I read all these reviews. Thinking of moving up north from Miami and these reviews are scared the crap out of me. Thanks for updating guys. It’s important that you do this because who wants to live in a place like this unfortunately the negative reviews were enough to not want to move here.

I’ve had a great experience working with the leasing team! Everyone in the office is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping residents and future residents. Madison was especially helpful throughout the moving process, she was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel valued from start to finish. The entire team works well together, and you can tell they truly care about providing great customer service. The community is beautiful, and the leasing staff made the experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

“New management” but same staff that SUCKS!! They sit in the office and watch the phone ring. The supposed manager is just as bad as her agents never talk to her guests or take calls always “soo busy” but never really helping her residents!!! We might as well live in these apartments with no leasing office because that’s what it’s like living here. They just suck !! I get better service in a fast food restaurant
