Basha is incredible! She made my entire application and move-in process as easy as possible. Also she’s unbelievably friendly and helpful. I’m very happy to be here ☺️

Such a great property. I’ve been here 1 year. Erica and Tina are great and always listens to residents. Tina was so great has good communication and cared about the residents. Erica, has great communication as well and gave me such a good tour of the property. Any questions you may have they are always there. My move in was smooth and easy. Maintenance stays on top of everything, they are always making sure the property is nice and clean. When I put maintenance requests in they always come within 1-2 days. They are always sweeping and mopping the hallways and painting any scratch they see, Overall such a great team. As far as noise complaints I don’t have any, apartments are shared spaces so some noise is to be expected. Also they have so many events that are beneficial to you, even special holidays they have events. WRH is great

This is Courtney from unit 2519 The Lofts of the First 48 Let me tell you about my experience: first of all Tina runs that place like it's a halfway house.Letting in who she wants and forcing out who she doesn't want anymore without a reason. Most of the residents are very young people who party and dance naked in the enclosed parking lot every weekend, aside from a quite time she placed on tenants at 10pm like she a warden. And the other half is residents that mingle with the unsavory characters outside the door and brings them in on occasion. And even when your rent is paid you get a eviction cause Tina will refuse your rent if she don't like you anymore and file a writ of possession to force you out even though you did absolutely nothing. And the two minion maintenance staff spend more time snooping on residents and taking pictures of them than doing their jobs and mingling with those residents that sell drugs to get high on they breaks or whenever they not snooping on people. And the safety is crazy, shootings right out side the window that could have cost many people their lives by people shooting in a enclosed parking lot and the police found the criminal hiding in the rent office and recovered several guns out the property and even a boatload more in the trunk of the vehicle. Dozens and dozens of police with rifles ready to shoot regardless of the enclosed parking lot that would have killed so many innocent people cause Tina allowed those unsavory people to live there...if you looking for a nice safe place to live ...run right past the Lofts of the first 48 cause the building will distract you with all the scenery and key fob entry but when Tina wants you out she will turn of your key fob like she the owner of a halfway house. Tina is the worst leasing manager ever and her minion Erica who play God with people lives.

Nice apartments but the walls are paper thin. I can literally hear my next door neighbor closing their cabinets, moving chairs, their tv, and even them talking. They also like to blast music so just imagine trying to relax and your neighbor is blasting music like it’s a club. It’s very aggravating. I wish I would’ve knocked on the walls while viewing the apartment because you can tell there’s literally nothing behind it. UPDATE: I also wanted to add that hopefully you don’t have any smokers living next to you. My neighbor smokes marijuana A LOT and I can tell it’s them because the smell lingers into my bathroom and bedroom. Sometimes even in my living room. At this point, I’m just ready to move because I can’t live in peace here. Don’t waste your money.
