Very grateful to them, I went with my family to see some apartments and since we arrived you could see their professionalism, my sister is very indecisive and saw three apartments and the leasing Pedro was never altered or upset on the contrary he always gave us to understand that he wanted to help us, the apartments were very clean and large, he explained everything about the property and the rules, right there we applied and started the process, he took all my sister's information, in three days we had everything done, I also went with my sister for the move-in and he and his manager Vivian super attentive and happy for us. Everything was fast and happy. The truth is that I had heard bad reviews of the complex but they explained to us that they are a new team and I saw all the professionalism for everyone. The truth is that now I do recommend it because in price and treatment they are super good

Hey, the reviews are a fair assessment of the complex unfortunately management hasn’t had the best experience in hiring the right team until now. (They went thru managers that would steal and not take care of the property much less their tenants.) But now here’s a new property manager, Vivi, she doesn’t have a long time here but you can tell the difference. The property is slowly getting an uplift as it’s an older property so it has its issues but the maintenance unlike before, where we went over 3days with children in the apartment with no A/C in summer heat and 2 weeks with no hot water, stove not working, etc. now my A/C broke Sunday night, Monday morning Luis was at the apartment fixed the A/C and the tub. My stove had a problem, fixed. sorry I don’t take pictures of the bedrooms nice spaces, 1 of the bedroom we have a queen bed and dresser and we still have plenty of space and in the other we have a queen and twin bed, along with 3 dresses. And we still have plenty of space. Anyways, I can’t wait to meet and see new neighbors and kids playing outside again so I can finally send my kids out the house LOL.

Hi my name is Donna I live in Jacksonville Florida since 2017. I went online looking for a one bedroom apartment, and I came across Lakewood oak apartments. I called the office and spoke to Nicole the leasing consultant,she gave me a tour of the one bedroom, I asked Nicole questions and she answered it honestly. I also asked about the application fee and how long the process would take, it didn’t take long at all it went according to your background we were approved, in a couple of days, I went back to the office to pay for the deposit to hold it Nicole guided me through the application, and well as making an account for the deposit. It went really good Nicole is amazing, she was by my side every step of the of the way she very respectful, there was no complaints, Nicole guided me through all the process, and now I’m just waiting on the lease signing and the remaining payment. I will definitely recommend every one if your looking for an apartment stop by Lakewood oaks apartments, ask for Nicole she the leasing consultant she is wonderful and amazing I will definitely give her a 5 star rating if there was more stars I will definitely put more ratings thank you so much Nicole. I really appreciate everything you did for me thank you for ur help and for guiding me through everything.

Nicole was very respectful and helpful she answered all my questions honestly.So I asked Nicole about the application and how much she told the price but I needed to have a clean background in order to be approved, a couple of days later I was approved. So I went back to the office Nicole continued to help me set up an account for the deposit, witch everything went really good, now I’m just waiting on the lease and the rest of the payment, thanks to Nicole for guiding me I really do appreciate it I will definitely recommend everyone if your looking for an apartment try Lakewood oak apartments spoke apartment and ask for Nicole the leasing consultant she is amazing she definitely will help you through the process I will definitely give Nicole a 5 star rating Thankyou Nicole
