My wife and I lived here for 3 years. For the price you pay here, you get a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. The surrounding area of bartram and durbin park is very safe. Leasing office was always very helpful and helped with any situation that we had. Clubhouses were very clean, the residents here always took care of this neighborhood and respected the property.
